May I please collect my order?
Collections may take place, but only for specific products that are stocked at the relevant Distribution centres. Contact Live support for more information on the Collection process or click on the link : https://onlinebeveragestore.co.za/collection-products/
Do you have a store I can physically purchase from?
Unfortunately not, as our name states we are an Online beverage store, all orders, purchases and payments need to be made online through the website.
Do you sell to members of the public?
Yes! Everything on our site is available to be purchased by anyone.
How much is delivery/shipping of an order?
Free Delivery applies for all orders with a spend/cart of over R 750 (Terms and Conditions apply) Any Orders Below R750, will be charged a normal delivery fee of R95 for orders up to 15kgs. Orders over 15kg an additional R5 per kg.
I have not received my order yet? How do I follow up?
If you have not received your order within the 1-5 working days time-frame please contact us here or on live support.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, all products on the site can be purchased individually.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide within South Africa Only. Please contact Customer Support or Live support to confirm delivery to your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Deliveries take between 1-5 working days from the time of dispatch, between 7am - 5pm. Suggestion: Place your order on a Monday/Tuesday to receive your order by Friday!

How does the Collection Process work?
Once you have placed your order and selected the relevant Collection point, Your order will be processed. You can call Customer Service to find out whether your order is ready for collection, Alternatively you can wait for your collection email that will notify you when you can collect your order. *Please note that should you arrive without an email or calling ahead, a waiting period can be expected of up to an hour.
