How does the Collection Process work?

Once you have placed your order and selected the relevant Collection point, Your order will be processed. You can call Customer Service to find out whether your order is ready for collection, Alternatively you can wait for your collection email that will notify you when you can collect your order. *Please note that should you arrive without an email or calling ahead, a waiting period can be expected of up to an hour.

Brands Available for Collection at our Durban And Johannesburg Distribution centres

Collections are only available for Monin, MilkLab, Promix and Cappucine Brands/Products. Alternatively, You can view what is available to collect by clicking each product and reading the information next to the product.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries take between 1-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, all products on the site can be purchased individually.

I have not received my order yet? How do I follow up?

If you have not received your order within the 1-5 working days time-frame please contact us here or on live support.

How much is delivery/shipping of an order?

R95 for deliveries up to 15kg. Orders over 15kg an additional R5 per kg.

Do you sell to members of the public?

Yes! Everything on our site is available to be purchased by anyone.

Do you have a store I can physically purchase from?

Unfortunately not, as our name states we are an Online beverage store, all orders, purchases and payments need to be made online through the website.

May I please collect my order?

Collections may take place, but only for specific products that are stocked at the relevant Distribution centres. Contact Live support for more information on the Collection process.
