Delivery & Returns

Terms and conditions for Delivery & Returns: R95 for deliveries up to 15kg. Over 15kg an additional R5 per kg. Prices are subject to change without due notice.

Shopping on the Online Beverage Store is quick, easy and convenient. All deliveries are sent with a courier straight to your door. Delivery charges may vary according to the size and weight of your order.

Collections are available for free from any of the following collection points on the link provided: https://onlinebeveragestore.co.za/collection-products/

Once dispatched, your order will be received within the 1-5 working day period from the time in which the order is dispatched.

Your Shipping details are sent to you via email, with a tracking number and tracking link.

Should your delivery address be in an outline area – an additional surcharge will be charged.

We will communicate this to you via email.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as packages must be signed for upon delivery. You may be requested to produce your ID at the time of delivery.

Please note that product returns are accepted within 7 working days upon receiving your order.

Delivery Times

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

  • Regional Areas via Express Courier: 1-5 working days (Please note that this is the time from dispatch and not when the actual order was placed)
  • Outline Areas : may take up to 7 working days or longer (Please note that this is the time from dispatch and not when the actual order was placed)

Order Returns/Damage Products

If you order/product is damaged upon receipt, please send us an image of the damaged product and we will arrange for collection for our account.

Should you be unhappy with your order upon receiving it, you are welcome to return the order back to us but it must be undamaged and unopened. Our courier is available to pick up however, a return courier charge will be levied.
